CCMA Breakfast Briefing - GDPR - What does it mean for the Irish Customer Service Industry?

From 25th May 2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) add extra responsibilities to the Data Protection Act 1998. All organisations that handle personal data must ensure that they are aware of the new rules and must examine the processes they currently have in place to ensure they continue to comply with the law.
