Please read this agreement carefully as it governs your use of the CCMA.ie discussion forums and website. It exempts CCMA.ie and other persons from liability or limits their liability and contains other important provisions that you should read.
Each time you use the discussion forum and website, you acknowledge and signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this agreement.


Purpose

This website is designed to tell you about the work of the Association and also enables Association members to share their experiences of working in the Contact Centre industry.


Forums

In order to use the forums on this website, users are required to provide a username and password, which is obtained on your registration with CCMA Ireland. Neither the administrators of these forums, or the moderators participating, are responsible for the privacy practices of any user. Remember that all information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to share any of your personal information.
