CCMA Skillnet offers a range of educational and development programmes for members. We receive funding from the Department of Education and Skills through the Skillnet programme. Full details of programmes currently on offer can be found at CCMA Training Schedule 2012.
Acquire the skills and knowledge to stand out from the crowd. The CCMA Skillnet Strategic Contact Centre Management (HETAC Level 9 Special Purpose Award) aimed at senior contact centre and shared services managers and directors will begin on 12th October 2012. Full details of this 9 day programme delivered by Dublin Business School are included in the brochure below.
The programme will provide a valuable opportunity to network with other senior industry professionals across a range of sectors and offers excellent value for a Master level qualification. It is based on three modules namely:
Strategic Management
Contact Centre Performance Management
Contact Centre Innovation and IT Management
The feedback from participants who completed this programme when it was first launched in 2011 have been exceptional.
