CCMA Member Training Needs 2012
The CCMA Ireland Skillnet is once again applying for funding from the Department of Education and Skills to assist all member companies in their training needs for 2012.
An operations plan with budget breakdown needs to be submitted to Skillnets Ltd. by mid November and as such if you wish to avail of funding for training in 2012 please fill in the attached expression of interest form and an indicative 2012 training needs analysis form and return same to Claire Cullen at training@ccma.ie
Please note this is only an expression of interest to avail of the funding and indicative TNA.
There are 3 Pages on the work book:
- Open Programmes (these open programmes can be used also as in-house programmes)
- In House Programmes (this is where you deliver programme to one company only)
- Programme offered out in conjunction with Partners or outsource Provider Employees
A lot of development work has taken place in 2011 and there are some great new Nationally Accredited Programmes available, many of which can be delivered through e-Learning. Several Level 8 and Level 9 Special Purpose awards have also been developed specifically for the Contact Centre and Outsourcing sectors. On Page one we have listed some new programmes for proposed development in 2012. Please feel free to add to this list if you have other programme requirements.
