Sales Executive - Scorebuddy

Applications are invited for the post of Scorebuddy Sales Representative. Scorebuddy is a successful and growing cloud service used in Call Centre Quality Assessment operations www.scorebuddyqa.com. In line with this growth we are expanding the sales team to promote the product. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary with uncapped commission potential. We are looking for a self-motivated, commission driven individual. It is an office based role using the phone and webinars as the primary communications to engage with an international client list.

The Job Title: Sales Executive
The Department: Scorebuddy Sales
Reporting to: Business Development Director

Main responsibilities of role:
• Drive revenue through add-ons sales and product upgrades to the growing client list
• Understand customer issues and operational challenges to maximise sales opportunities
• Walk prospects through the product using webinars
• Manage your personal pipeline using Salesforce CRM
• Keeping up to date with new products and services within Scorebuddy
• Report into the sales forecasting process
• Be an active and effective member of the sales team, contributing to tactics and the successful delivery of targets
• To work in line with company values and ethics
• To maintain a high level of product and process competence

Key skill requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Exposure to a contact centre or customer service environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in a consultative sales process
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service with a strong customer focus
• Self-motivation and drive to deliver the best possible results
• Negotiation and influencing skills – able to negotiate best outcome for the company and customer
• Competent user of Microsoft Office packages
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues when necessary
• Planning and organisation skills

The Right Person:
The person will be target driven and sales focused to promote Scorebuddy in a positive manner. They will be approachable, friendly and able to deal with customers and prospects in a reassuring, empathetic way. The successful candidate will be somebody who can leverage their product and client knowledge to deliver new revenue from existing clients, who is driven to not only achieve, but exceed, targets set. An ability to work positively and interactively with a small successful growing company.

Minimum Qualifications:
A natural aptitude and personality for working in a sales environment
2-3 years’ experience working in a customer service environment, preferably in a call centre operation.
A track record in sales would be ideal but not mandatory

Remuneration and Recognition:
The successful applicant will receive an attractive salary which will be enhanced and complemented by a commission system that gives you uncapped earning potential based on achieving revenue targets.
