Your Smile Direct is a disruptive sales and service model bringing cutting edge orthodontic technology (teeth straightening aligners) directly to consumers. This service is delivered by utilising tele-dental technology which includes digital image assessments, home impression kits, scanning clinics, digital treatment plans and our team of tele-dentists to provide world class treatment plans for clients’ orthodontic and dental care.

We currently have an amazing opportunity for a Head of Inside Sales. Reporting to the COO, this is a senior role, initially managing a team of 20-30 Inside Sales Executives. This person will be responsible for building a world class inside sales team of circa 150 over the next 12 months. The role of the Head of Inside Sales is to drive sales activity and performance, maximising conversion rates of sales opportunities over the phone and via email.

We’re seeking an individual who wants to work in a rapidly expanding company with huge opportunity in one of Europe’s hottest start-ups. This person must have a proven background in managing a call centre operation of 50+ people both in house and through 3rd parties.

 

Responsibilities
• Initially, to manage a team of 20 - 30 telephone sales executives selling across a large number of international markets in multiple languages
• To grow this team to circa 150 over the coming 12 months
• Hiring, training, mentoring and development of inside sales executives
• Facilitate new processes, tools, training and QA methodologies to ensure sales success across the sales teams
• To build and host regular training for inside sales teams to ensure best in class sales and customer interaction
• To set, monitor and review key KPI’s of each individual and team
• Set targets for each team and individual
• To carry our regular performance reviews with team members
• Manage incentives, rewards and bonus structures across the inside sales teams
• To hire, train and mentor the required management team to support a fast-growing number of inside sales executives
• To support the build out of any future technologies and infrastructure required for this fast-growing team

 

The Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10 + year experience in inside sales
• Experience managing and scaling a team of 50 + people
• Demonstrable success as a Head of Inside Sales, with experience of managing people and team managers
• Have the presence and credibility to influence and motivate
• Demonstrate passion, enthusiasm and innovation
• A deep understanding of the key metrics to monitor and drive performance
• Must have excellent written and spoken English
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals

 

Job Type: Full-time
