Irish Customer Contact & Shared Services Awards 2015
The 2015 Irish Customer Contact & Shared Services Awards hosted by CCMA Ireland will take place on Saturday 14th November 2015 in the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin.

There are two new categories for 2015:
- Industry Professional of the Year - Coach
- Best Customer Contact Centre - Medium - this is for customer contact or shared services centres with between 50 and 200 agents.
The closing date for entries is 5.00 p.m. Monday 7th September, 2015.
