The 2012 Irish Contact Centre and Shared Services Awards will take place on Saturday 17th November in the Burlington Hotel Dublin. The gala ceremony will be hosted by Dermot Whelan (of Republic of Telly). It is a black tie event at which guests will enjoy a five course meal followed by entertainment.
