CCMA's goal is to promote shared learning, collaboration and best practice for customer contact and shared services organisations in Ireland. 

We are the only industry body within Ireland representing this sector. With over 2,000 members across all industry sectors we are a vibrant and growing industry body. With the challenges businesses are facing on a daily basis one constant message is the importance of networking and building strong relationships. We believe that the CCMA provides a forum through which valuable and profitable business contacts can be made within the Irish customer service and shared services industry sector.

Since its’ foundation over 20 years ago the CCMA has grown from strength to strength. It is today the number one reference site for decision makers within the Irish Customer Contact Centre and Shared Services industry. We host over 30 events per annum for members including our annual conference which takes place at the end of May each year and our industry awards which has an average attendance of 600 industry professionals. Other activities undertaken by the association include commissioning specific and valuable industry research, best practice forums and working groups on key topics of interest to members including for example Work Force Planning, Customer Experience and AI.

Sponsorship is very important to the CCMA, as we operate as a not for profit organisation, with all funds generated re-invested back in the activity of the association and services for members. It is vital that any sponsorship agreement an organisation enters into yields value for money for your business. We believe our range of packages offer a valuable platform through which companies can promote their services but also engage on a regular basis with key industry decision makers.
