How Teamwork and collaboration helped us win Outsource Partner of the Year 2014 – Abtran & Electric Ireland
As part of our series of blogs on the annual awards hosted by CCMA Ireland Catherine O’Driscoll of Abtran has kindly shared their experience of winning at last year’s awards.
Abtran is one of Ireland’s leading providers of Customer and Business Process Management Services with a customer base that spans the length and breadth of the country. During our 18-year journey, we have worked with trusted brands across the private and public sectors to deliver a better service experience to their customers.
Last year, we were delighted to win ‘Outsource Partner of the Year’ together with our client, Electric Ireland.
Our approach to the submission was deeply collaborative from identifying and then collating key messages, compelling metrics and winning themes. One individual was nominated to own and project manage the submission. Key stakeholders with the relevant experience and subject matter expertise were then nominated and tasked with collecting the relevant content across the Electric Ireland and Abtran teams.
The one tip we would give to everyone submitting this year is to keep it simple, answer the questions and let your story do the talking.
Our award win marks a significant achievement and milestone in our Partner journey with Electric Ireland. Together, we have an open and connected approach. Together, we share a passion for service excellence and are focused on transferring know-how and evolving in line with the customer journey to deliver a great service experience.
Nearly nine months on, our award win continues to be celebrated right across the team, serving as an enduring endorsement of excellence through Partnership, at the highest level.
