2019 CCMA Awards - Judges Call Listen Back Now

The Judges call is a great opportunity for companies to learn more about the awards process and to get a good understanding on what needs to be considered when preparing a submission.

Dorothy kicked off by explaining how the awards showcase what is best about the customer contact and shared services organisations operating within Ireland. It provides organisations with the opportunity to be recognised for their ability to deliver excellence in customer services, sales and technical support and is a great springboard for entering European & Global Awards. Above all it is a great opportunity to give recognition to key staff and teams!

Dorothy moved on to provide an overview of the 17 awards categories and gave some great hints and tips on how to create a winning submission.

The call, hosted via web conference, took place earlier this week and was well attended by Customer Service organisations. Many thanks to everyone for participating and in particular a big thank you for all the great questions.
