2020 CCMA Ireland Awards Streamed live from Virgin Studios

We are delighted to stream the Irish Customer Contact and Shared Services awards ceremony live from Virgin Media Studios,  The master of ceremonies this year is non other than Virgin Media's very own Muireann O'Connell.

The Live Video Stream will start at 7:00pm on Friday 20th November and you can view it directly on this page.

You can also join in the conversation on Twitter using the hashtag #ccmalive. 

In fact we will be capturing any post on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram that uses the hashtag #ccmalive so no excuses for not being part of the conversation!  All of your social posts that feature the hashtag will be included on our Social Media wall during the evening.

Finally, it would be really great if you could send a message to the nominees who have been shortlisted for an award wishing them luck.

WIN Big at this years awards

This year we have decided to add a little sizzle to the awards considering that we are hosting the event virtually.  We know that many of you love the glamour of the awards ceremony and we invite you to make a special effort to dress up on the night. In fact we have some fabulous prizes to give away for:

  • Best Dressed Individual or couple
  • Best dressed Family 
  • Best dressed PET!

Yes the last one is not a typo - We know that your favoutite pet has been a great support to you during lockdown and now is their chance to shine and be recognised!

To enter the contest simply take a photo and send it via Twitter, Facebook or Instagram but be sure to include the hashtag #ccmalive.  Our judges will be looking out for your entries and we'll be sharing your photos with the awards audience during the night.
