To help all our members get ready for application, CCMA Ireland ran a judges call to articulate the process for this year. For anyone who couldn't attend, you can watch the full video below:
For all applicants, please take note that we've made some adjustments as result of Covid-19, specifically:
- Adding a new category: Best Response to Covid-19. Entrants will be evaluated by their responsiveness, innovativeness and creativity in response to the crisis. Engaging employees and implementing new delivery models to minimise impact to operations and cx will be particularly reviewed.
- Social distancing and other regulations will be put in place for all shortlisted candidates presentations.
We saw a great turnout from some of our members on the judges call, and are delighted to see such a level of interest this year.
We look forward to receiving all the entries!
