CCMA Wish you Happy Christmas

This year, CCMA Ireland raised close to 5,000 euros to our charities!

The holidays are fast approaching and we know you've been working hard all year and looking forward to a well-earned break with your families and friends. On behalf of the board of the CCMA, we wish you continued success in the New Year.

In this season of giving, we are delighted to advise our members that, on behalf of the association, we recently presented Childline Ireland and Enable Ireland each with a donation of €2,390, bringing our total donations to Childline over the last eight years to €40.918.08.

These funds were raised at the Irish Customer Contact and Shared Services Awards 2011-2019 hosted by CCMA. We thank all attendees for their generous contributions to our raffle for both of these very worthy causes.

We are busy working on our schedule of events for 2019 and plan to have a packed agenda with monthly network forums sharing industry best practice and our annual conference in May. Details of all upcoming events including our industry jobs fair will be available on our website soon, so be sure to check in often.
