Countdown to CCMA Awards 2016 - Time To Start Writing!

As the deadline for 2016 submissions looms we thought we would give you a flavour of last years awards ceremony...

We are delighted to announce that we are now accepting entries for the 2016 edition of the Irish Customer Contact and Shared Services awards.

These prestigious awards recognise companies that are the best in our industry sector. They highlight the tremendous work that our people undertake to deliver exceptional service to our many customers at home and abroad.

To keep pace with our evolving industry there are two updated categories for 2016:

• Best Customer Experience (previously Best Customer Service Delivery)
• Industry Professional of the Year - Support Professional (previously Coach)

The closing date for entries is 5.00 p.m. Monday 12th September, 2016.

The application pack with details of all 17 categories and criteria for entry can be downloaded from our website.

The 2016 Irish Customer Contact & Shared Services Awards hosted by CCMA Ireland will take place on Saturday 12th November 2016 in the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin.

Entries will be accepted by e-mail only to awards@ccma.ie

A judges call for companies who are considering entering the awards providing hints and tips on preparing a submission took place earlier this week and a recording of the call can be viewed below.
