CCMA Leadership Summit Speakers 2014 Over 200 delegates attended the CCMA Customer Experience Leadership Summit in the beautiful surroundings of Carton House. Kicking off the morning Tom Eggemeier, Executive Vice President Global Sales Genesys, spoke about "Transforming Customer Experience the New Economic Imperative". Later in the afternoon, keynote speaker Aisling Hassell, Head of EMEA CX, Airbnb focused on the Employee Experience. The day generated stimulating debate including a lot of activity on our twitter hashtag #ccmasummit with over 100 additional members watching the presentations live via on-line streaming.
