This 10 minute video provides what we hope are useful tips for those submittting applications for the 2015 Irish Customer Contact and Shared Services Awards. The awards acknowledge and celebrate the highest standards and excellence within Ireland and showcases the best in class. Entering the awards provides organisations the opportunity to be recognised for their ability to deliver excellence in customer services, sales and technical support and can be a springboard for entering European & Global Awards. There are 18 categories including two new categories for 2015:

• Industry Professional of the Year - Coach
• Customer Contact Centre of the Year - Medium

The closing date for entries is Monday 7th September 2015 at 5.00 p.m. Applications must be sent by e-mail to awards@ccma.ie The gala awards ceremony will take place on Saturday 14th November in the Doubletree by Hilton hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin.
