The morning will feature a presentation from Lorraine Walsh (Director of Customer Experience) and Ben Fearn (Head of Customer Service) who will showcase the initiatives and developments Laya Healthcare have made in this space recently. This will be followed by break out sessions where you can share with and learn from other attendees.
The timings for this Members Forum will be 10 a.m. till 12 noon.
