Our first in-person member conference in two years, we hope as many of our CCMA members as possible can join us for a chance to network and collaborate with industry peers and thought leaders.
The theme for our 2022 conference is Reimagining Customer Experience & Employee Engagement in 2022. We are delighted to be joined by BT as sponsor for our annual industry gathering. About the Speakers
Linsey Dempsey - SingatWork was founded by Irish opera singer, Linsey Dempsey, who through years of performing and teaching began to see the potential in using singing and voice work to inspire motivation in day to day work life and business. Highlights of Linsey's career include performing in numerous operas and concerts at home and abroad, delivering a song recital at a private luncheon for President McAleese and working with the Irish Special Olympic team using singing as a tool to motivate and energise the group before their competitions. With over 20 years of experience, Linsey is focusing on the benefits of singing and voice work in the world of well-being.
Declan Doyle - serves as a Global Alliance Marketing Manager for Poly. In this role Declan orchestrates the Global engagement and joint marketing strategy and proposition with Microsoft . Prior to joining the Alliances team, Declan spent several years with what was then Plantronics, orchestrating the Global Go To Market for contact center alliance partners such as Genesys, Five9 and Avaya.
Gerry Keleghan - has been in the industry for 40+ years and for the last 20 has been selling Cisco Collaboration technologies to Irish and UK customers. His role is also to support the extensive ecosystem of Cisco partners who sell and deploy the Cisco Collaboration suite.
Jack Kennedy - Jack is an Economist with the Indeed Hiring Lab. His research on the UK and Irish labour markets is on the Indeed Hiring Lab blog.
Tracy Kennedy - Tracy is the Director of customer service in Ryanair, she has previously spent 15+ years at an executive level in the Telco/Utility space responsible for customer operations and B2C sales. The big challenge for Tracy over the last two years has been helping Ryanair to focus on ‘customer led’ technology innovation fuelled by the lessons learned through Covid. The outcome she believes is an operation ‘match fit’ for the growth trajectory ahead.
Sam Longhi - Sam is a Customer Service Director for all global disputes (UK, NA and AU) for PayPal and has been working with the company for over 5 years. Sam is a fluent French speaker having spent 7 years working in France in her earlier career. Sam worked for 15 years in the Medial and Pharmaceutical industry prior to joining PayPal in 2016.
Eoghan Tomás McDermott - Eoghan is the Managing Director of The Communications Clinic. He is personal coach and advisor to a number of Chief Executives of large corporates, both indigenous and multi-national. Eoghan advises clients ranging from Cabinet Ministers to many of Ireland’s top sportspeople. Since June 2020, Eoghan is also an Adjunct Teaching Fellow with Trinity College Dublin's Business School where he has developed an Impactful Communication programme for senior executives. 2022 marks Eoghan’s fifth year as MC of the CCMA’s annual conference.
Dr. Nicola Millard - Nicola is an award-winning presenter, with 2 TEDx talks and hundreds of conference panel, chair and keynote sessions under her belt. She occasionally pops up on radio and TV, including appearances on 'Woman's Hour', 'Tech Tent', ‘The Media Show’, ‘The Genius of Invention’ and ‘Back in Time for the Weekend' for the BBC. She has authored over 50 publications – including 1 book and numerous book chapters. In both 2019 and 2020 she was listed as one of the top 20 UK CX Influencers by Customer Experience Magazine.
Deirdre O'Donnell - committed to helping others learn and develop, Deirdre O’Donnell leads the global Talent Development and Learning team at Fidelity International. She is an MSc qualified executive coach with 25 years of experience in HR, Talent, Learning, Leadership and Organisational Development.
Paul Walsh - Paul has over 25 years' experience in senior technology roles within Telecoms with Ericsson, O2, Tesco Mobile and Currys. In his role as CTO, Paul uses his expertise in cloud native systems integration to provide customers with customisable solutions to suit their needs.
