CCMA Annual General Meeting 2025

Venue: On Line 4.30 p.m.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of CCMA Ireland CLG will be held on-line at 4.30 p.m. on Thursday 15th May, 2025.
The meeting will be chaired by Barry O'Toole Chairperson and Director. All paid up members are welcome to attend the AGM. During the AGM, those members entitled to vote will be asked to consider and vote on the resolutions and business set out below.
Resolutions and Business
The following resolutions are set to be proposed at the AGM
- Approval of last minutes
- Review and approval of audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023
- Election of auditor
- Nomination / election of Board members
- Any other business
Election of the new CCMA Board for 2025 - 2026.
Any paid up CCMA corporate member interested in going forward for election to the Board should submit a written application to the Board outlining the experience and competences that they could bring in driving the strategic direction of the Association. Please address your written application to the Managing Director, CCMA Ireland Ltd, P.O. Box 1016, An Post Mail Centre, Blessington Road, Naas, Co. Kildare. Applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Wednesday 7th May 2025.
Please note, that in accordance with the Articles of Association of the CCMA, suppliers to the industry can be members of the Board but cannot hold an executive office.
