Rene Girard who died in 2015 was an important thinker on why people want what they want and how they go about getting it. Using some of his thoughts in this talk, Cormac will speak about the roles of customer service advisor and team leader, and how people can become much more effective when their role is redefined. Cormac will also provide a structure for defining effective roles post-covid.
Specifically he will discuss the following:
- Provide a framework for Coaching
- Redefining the Advisor and Team Leader roles in WFH model
- Recognising when is it not going to plan .....
