CCMA Irish Customer Contact & Shared Services Awards 2024

Judging for our 2024 CCMA Irish Customer Contact & Shared Services Awards is almost complete.

Our gala awards ceremony will take place on Friday 22nd ovember in the RDS, Ballsbridge Dublin.

Our MC on the night is Tim McCarthy infamous RTE Olympic commentator for basketball. Tim is a member of the Basketball Hall of Fame, business strategist, leadership consultant and communication coach. As founder of The McCarthy Consultancy, he has guided many top leaders and business to success. He was previously Managing Director with One Direct and Ulster Bank Retail.

Music will be from the Prickly Pears.
