We are hosting a series of 3 in-person FREE workshops for CCMA members on Leadership. The theme for this series is Leading from Experience: Leveraging Personal Insights for Professional Growth. We are delighted to be joined by Dara Kiernan Founder KPI Consulting and Author of Freefall: Leadership Lessons from the Skies. This series of workshops is designed for Team Leaders, Managers and those aspiring to ascend to these roles in 2025.
The goal of the in-person workshops is to empower leaders in the customer service and contact centre sectors. Designed specifically for leaders new to their roles or those in middle management, these sessions will provide invaluable tools and strategies for navigating the challenges of leadership and improving employee engagement. However, professionals at every level will find actionable insights to apply in their own roles.
