As we all now know hybrid working has meant communicating virtually with our teams unlike ever before. So, how do we ensure we are communicating effectively with our colleagues? In the first in a series of CCMA Lunch & Learn sessions we will give you an opportunity to brush up on your own virtual presenting skills and provide practical tips and advice to ensure you are an effective communicator in the virtual world.

About the Speaker Barbara Moynihan
Barbara is the MD of On Your Feet, the award-winning Dublin based presentations training company. Barbara began her career in the world of finance, then moved into IT and finally to the training world. Having spent 10 years with a global training organisation delivering Leadership and Presentation Skills training in Ireland and across Europe, she set up On Your Feet in 2010. Barbara and her team work with a wide range of corporate, SME and individual clients, helping them to get on their feet and get their message across with impact.
With the new working from home culture, she continues to help people communicate with impact, whether on their feet or in their seat! Barbara holds several teaching qualifications and has studied the Psychology of Interpersonal Communications in UCD. She has been a TEDx speaker coach on several occasions and delivered a TEDx talk in Dublin in 2016.
She delivers her content in a light-hearted manner but always leaves her listeners with solid and practical tips that can help them to present with impact.
