CCMA Member Survey 2022 - Results Presentation

CCMA undertook a member survey from 5th April to 8th June 2022, the study conducted by Coyne Research, consisted of a sample of 45 customer service & shared service operations in Ireland. The primary objective of the research was to capture key benchmark data (e.g. attrition rates, absenteeism, salary levels, etc.) in addition to identifying challenges currently been faced by CX operations in Ireland and insights on new ways of working.
On this webinar Dorothy O'Byrne, MD CCMA Ireland will present the results of this survey.
Specific topics to be discussed include:
- Key benchmarking data including attrition rates, absenteeism, salary levels for front line advisors, etc.
- Review of challenges currently been experienced by CX operations
- Insights on new ways of working including on overview of hybrid working models
- Focus for Irish CX operations for the coming months
