CCMA Member Survey 2023 - Launch of Members Report

CCMA undertook a member survey from 9th May to 31st July 2023, the research study conducted by Coyne Research for CCMA, consisted of a sample of 40 customer service & shared service operations in Ireland. The primary objective of the research was to capture key benchmark data (e.g. attrition rates, absenteeism, salary levels, etc.) in addition to gaining a better understanding of hybrid working in the sector and the challenges been faced by CX operations.
On this webinar Dorothy O'Byrne, MD CCMA Ireland will present the results of this survey.
Specific topics to be discussed include:
- Key benchmarking data including attrition rates, absenteeism, salary levels and benefits package

Understand new ways of working including hybrid working.

Areas of focus/concern for the industry.

Number of members dealing with multilingual staff and allowing them to work from their own country for a set period during the year.
