We are delighted to get the opportunity to visit Google's state of the art new Boland's Mill facility. Our topic for discussion is Embracing Empathy for a better Customer Experience. We will be joined by a panel of leading industry experts to discuss the many facets of empathy and how to embrace it for CX, employee engagement and for life in general.
