We are kicking off 2025 with a series of 3 in-person FREE workshops for CCMA members on Leadership. The theme for this series is Leading from Experience: Leveraging Personal Insights for Professional Growth. We are delighted to be joined by Dara Kiernan Founder KPI Consulting and Author of Freefall: Leadership Lessons from the Skies. This series of workshops is designed for Team Leaders, Managers and those aspiring to ascend to these roles in 2025.
The goal of the in-person workshops is to empower leaders in the customer service and contact centre sectors. Designed specifically for leaders new to their roles or those in middle management, these sessions will provide invaluable tools and strategies for navigating the challenges of leadership and improving employee engagement. However, professionals at every level will find actionable insights to apply in their own roles.
To kick off and prepare for the three in person workshops we will host a short 30 minute webinar on Friday 10th January. Our topic for discussion is Foundations of Leadership – Discovering Your Personal Blueprint. The initial webinar will lay the foundation, offering a dynamic overview of leadership principles. Feedback from participants will play a key role in shaping the content of the upcoming workshops, ensuring they address the real-world challenges and priorities of participants.
This webinar will commence at 12 noon and finish at 12.30 p.m.
