2019 CCMA Coyne Research - Customer Contact Management Association Members Study
CCMA Ireland recently commissioned Coyne Research to undertake a short on-line member survey to capture key industry benchmarking data and to understand the challenges CCMA members are currently facing with a view to identifying the potential services and supports we can provide to help address these challenges. The report includes information on salary levels, bonus structures, additional benefits, attrition levels, absenteeism rates, in addition to seeking information on key challenges in the areas of recruitment, IT and operations.
