CCMA Ireland Ltd in association with Enterprise Ireland and the IDA commissioned Amárach Research to undertake a study of the Irish Contact Centre, BPO and Shared Services Industry. Two separate reports were issued in September 2011 and October 2012.
The reports provide valuable statistics and benchmarking data on the Irish Contact Centre & Shared Services industry sector.
This study is the first of its kind ever undertaken in Ireland. Information includes details on contact centre locations, staff levels, volumes of activities, challenges, etc. The information will be used to examine the industry as a whole. All organisations that complete the survey will be provided with a copy of the final report when it is published.
