The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of CCMA Ireland Ltd. will take place at 6.00 p.m. on Thursday 30th November, 2017 in the Westbury Hotel, Balfe Street, Dublin 2. All paid up members are invited to attend the AGM. TheWestbury Hotel, Balfe Street, Dublin 2.

The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:

* Minutes of A.G.M. 2016.
* Financial Report for year ending 31st December, 2016.
* Election of Auditor.
* Chairperson's Address.
* Election of Board of Directors.

Election of the new CCMA Board for 2017 - 2018.

Any CCMA member interested in going forward for election to the Board should submit a written application to the Board outlining the experience and competences that they could bring in driving the strategic direction of the Board.

Please address your written application to the Managing Director, CCMA Ireland Ltd, P.O. Box 1016, An Post Mail Centre, Blessington Road, Naas, Co. Kildare. Applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Thursday 23rd November 2017.

Please note, that in accordance with the Articles of Association of the CCMA, suppliers to the industry can be members of the Board but cannot hold an executive office.
